NonBinary Review Issue #18: The Wind in the Willows
Originally published in 1908, The Wind in the Willows is the ultimate idyllic children’s fantasy. Set in the bucolic British countryside, Kenneth Grahame’s story focuses on Mr. Toad, and his friends Rat, Mole, and Badger. This story has been a part of so many childhoods, and has inspired the charming film that became the Disneyland ride that you thought was scary when you were 3 because you were too tiny for Space Mountain.
We hope you enjoy these stories and poems that expand Grahame’s vision.
